The record is incomplete. Gather evidence before increasing commitment.

Score evidence rather than enthusiasm

Check an item only when you can point to a note, record, payment, observed behavior, or completed test. Compliments and hypothetical purchase intent do not count as demand.

Use the result to choose the next test

A low score calls for interviews and observation. A middle score calls for a narrowly scoped pilot. A high score supports a larger test, but it does not prove a scalable market or profitable operation.

Keep the evidence beside the score

Print the result, add the idea name and date, then attach the records that support each checked item. The browser does not store or transmit selections.
