I hate to start with such a negative comment but the amount of time that woman um's and arr's it's completely off-putting and almost impossible to understand what she's saying without turning on the YouTube transcription. She really needs to learn how to process what she's going to say in her head before saying it, if I was in a conversation with her I'd lose concentration trying to keep myself from being bored... Or all I'd hear would be the umm's and arr's & I'd miss the important parts of what she's saying... I wonder how her business is effected by this...
I really like the way the Asian guy explains things, he seems to have a real passion for being an entrepreneur and seems genuinely happy as a person! I like the way he mentioned 'being able to dream', because that really rings true to me. Being in the creative industry half of what I do actually requires me to have my head in the clouds! So for me, business is about exploiting my 'madness'. I want to be an entrepreneur because I want that freedom to make a living being my own true unsuppressed person, it doesn't matter whether I get substantially rich or not, I just want to live comfortably and for my own benefit.
