The cost will depend on your call volume patterns, scope of work, certifications, and expectations. Some companies provide a dedicated agent model which is billed on an hourly rate or monthly rate, while others offer a shared resource model which is billed on a per minute or per call rate based on actual consumption. Dedicated agent model hourly or monthly rates are dependent on the number of call center agents or FTEs needed. For shared resource models, the per minute or per call rate may only depend on the total call volume that needs to be handled per week or per month. Rates can vary significantly, and as such, a detailed call needs to be made to streamline the requirement.
