To increase share capital you can can just use the profit and transfer it to share capital. You can increase share value by doing this also if you want to cash in on those shares or trade them then you will need to pay stamp duty.
The Marketing mix refers to the 4 p's or sometimes the 7 p's it is a framework for Marketing the 4'ps are product, pric, promotion and place.
A simple way to put it is when creating a Marketing plan have these four elements in mind when they mention the 7's they are the same but include physical Evidence, people and process these are usually used once the markeeting plan has been developed a little bit more.
